EVS-469 was an EVS Construction Droid which was hijacked by members of Rogue Squadron under Wedge Antilles as part of the Rogues' efforts to bring down the planetary shields surrounding Coruscant in order to make way for the impending invasion of the Imperial capital world in 7 ABY. The droid was used to transport the Rebels to one of the planet's subsidiary computer centers where they took control of one of Corusacnt's orbital mirror stations. This was the key first step in the Rogues' plan to take down the shields, an attempt which proved to be a success.
