The First Battle of Guam was a minor battle on the island of Guam, which is United States Territory, that lasted from December 8 to December 10, 1941. The Battle took place just a day after the Attack on Pearl Harbor and resulted in a Japanese Victory. American casulties totaled at four-hundred, fifty-eight, including seventeen dead troops. Japanese casulties totaled at a low seven, including only one death.
