Different from Macabre, she was at least dressed, though it was a bride's dress that she didn't remember where it was bought. She was tied to a chair, at the center of the deck. At her side, also tied to a chair, an obviously drunken man was sleeping with a pipe on his lips. He wore a tuxedo. Looking all the places she could, Karen saw the ship was inside a... dark place. Karen: Macabre! Naishi! I know you're joking with me! She heard the sound of a door being open by force. Some seconds later, a tall man appeared in front of her. The man was wearing a green suit and looked like somekind of body guard or mercenary. Karen: (trembling) Eh... Eh... He... Hello...? Staring her, the man said no word. How much did I drink last night?, she thought, Well... Let's try to remain calm... unless I'm married... I can't be married! Please someone help me! Naishi was still sleeping in his room in the town's inn. He had no idea of what kind of situation his friends were. Meanwhile, the infamous thief The Cloaked Skull, also known as Alina DeMasque, proudful owner of a head worthy 50,000,000 in money, coincidentally the same value of Macabre RedClaw's head, was counting her part of the money tha she had stole from the pirates. "Her part" was actually the whole treasure, as she tricked her partners, or "hirers", as they liked to call themselves, into a very well planned and unfaithful trap. Her perfect master trick. Alina: Nine hundred ninety nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine... and... one million! (kisses the last coin) The RedClaw family is, without a shadow of doubt, the richest family I ever stole! Gladly I "stole" you too, huh, gunslinger? There was no answer. Alina then realized her perfect plan had one, just one, little failure. Alina: Gunslinger? (opens the door behind her) I'm alone here? I am talking with my self? (facepalm) How can I be so stupid? The failure of her plan was the simplest part, the simplest and most important as well.
