Regent Court is a 9 storey tower block between Hillsborough Corner and Owlerton in Sheffield. It is one of the oldest examples of residential housing built beyond a human scale, built in 1936. This predates many similar housing estates in London. It was built on land which used to house a mill pond. The block was built to house working class people even though the rents were fairly high. The grounds were designed to have many outdoor pastimes but the only part which was completed was the tennis courts, which disappeared in favour of car parking decades ago.

It contains many deck access flats within the long, unique building. One of the most quirky features of Regent Court is a clock face on the front of the building. It was constructed in a "U" shape with masonry walls and concrete floor. It had become very run down over the years but has now been restored partially. Another feature is the Patent glazing, a lot of which has been replaced in recent years with uPVC glazing, in a rather unsympathetic manner.
