In his kindergarten years, Itsuki met a boy named Sam Parker, the two became very close friends although in High School Sam and Itsuki became popular for being smart although as they rose in popularity, the two best friends never forgot each other.The New Spider-Man One day, during science class. Itsuki and Sam were experimenting with dangerous chemicals, Sam had a migraine and Itsuki dropped the chemicals but Sam quickly saved him by pushing him out the way. Later on in gym class, they were playing basketball and Itsuki was watching Sam's perfect skills, suddenly he broke the backboard and fled the scene. Later on while Itsuki was at home playing his video games, Sam barged in claiming his dad was Spider-Man, and proved this by climbing Itsuki's wall, amazed Itsuki suggested that Sam become the next Spider-Man, stating some rules were meant to be broken due to superheroes being illegal. Sam declined this and left.
