Craig W. Wolanin (born July 27, 1967 in Grosse Ponite, MI) is a retired professional ice hockey defenceman who played thirteen seasons in the National Hockey League from 1985 until 1997–98. After graduating from De La Salle Collegiate High School in Warren, Michigan, Wolanin was drafted third overall by the New Jersey Devils in the 1985 NHL Entry Draft. He played 695 career NHL games, scoring 40 goals and 133 assists for 173 points. He won a Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 1996. That same season, he led all defensemen in shorthanded goals with 3. Wolanin retired in 1999.
