Julia Guterres Magbantay (b. Februray 24, 3315, d. June 11, 3412) was a politician from Tukarali. She was President of the Democratic Republic of Tukarali from May 3372 to April 3380. Subsequently, she became Minister of Foreign Affairs. Guterres was previously Minister of Finance from 3366 to 3372. Guterres was a daughter of long-time TDU leader Marisol Paresi, but was mostly very critical of her mother's political legacy.
