Crispin Struthers is a film editor who has worked on over 20 films since 1999. He was nominated for and won an Oscar in the category of Best Editor for his work with Jay Cassidy in David O. Russell’s movie, Silver Linings Playbook (2012). They also received a nomination in the American Cinema Editors (ACE) awards. Crispin has been working for some years in the film industry in Hollywood. After a degree in Physics from Edinburgh University he took a short course in film editing in Oregon followed by an internship in San Francisco. He then moved to Los Angeles where he worked on TV shows and independent movies. His big break came from his work with another David O. Russell Academy Award winning film, The Fighter (2010).
