Strapped to the inside of his lightweight armor are packs containing chemicals with IVs going to directly into his body. Within his body is a nanite factory to repair injuries. These chemicals, mixed with the nanites, give him great power; he can work with only a few hours of sleep a day, can leap, move, run, fight and do nearly any physical feat quicker and better than a unenhanced human. With these come a horrible side effect: because of these chemicals, none of the test subjects have yet to live past their fifth year, and Ludwig is now entering his fourth.
