Sankarea (惨禍礼弥, Sankarea) is a Priestess within the Land of Fire, maintaining a temple and its traditions while straying away from the gazes of Shinobi. However, due to the sudden escalation of tensions between all Five Great Shinobi Countries, Sankarea's temple has unwillingly become another area that has been targeted by Konohagakure to be colonized as a military hideout. To prevent this, Sankarea took upon her spiritual teachings and forged them into something that could act as use to the organization known as S.U.N, cooperating with Igasaki in order to continue living in peace. Sankarea, among her locale, is regarded as the Shrine Goddess (宮女神, Mimegami) due to her almost godlike foresight, attributed to her attachment to nature through teachings within her life.
