John Napier Wyndham Turner was president of the Second North American Republic (1756 World) from 1984-1994. He was elected in a landslide victory in 1983; he received 54% of the vote, Mondale received 28% and Ferraro received 18%. He served two terms, and was succeded by Albert Gore.
