| - The Chairman of the Isokyrian Nororist Party (Isokyrian: ᚲᛟᛈᛟᚠᛋᛏᚨᚨᛏ, Kopofstaat) is Isokyria's de facto head of state. The Chairman is nominated by the National Assembly and is confirmed by the Nororist Party. The Chairman serves indefinitely, though never longer than twenty years. So far, every Chairman has ended their term by resignation, a tradition started by Christian Robertsson. The office was created by the Constitution of Isokyria after its ratifcation in 1938. It grants the Chairman authorities that puts the office on a level similar to a president in other countries. Executive power is de jure shared with the President of the National Assembly, who acts as head of government, but in practice the Chairman wields near-absolute authority, only constrained by the Party leadership's agenda. Eydis Stefanic is the current Chairman, elected in 2016. She is the second woman to hold the office, after Dagnae Wilhjamsdottir.
