It appears in both Stage 4 and Stage 5, and is the only enemy in the game to appear in more than one stage. Munchie Jump moves slowly in a straight line until it collides with a block, bomb, or other enemy, at which point it pauses and then chooses a random direction and continues to move. It may choose to reverse directions even if it is not at a dead end. It will harm the player on collision. If Munchie Jump lines up horizontally or vertically with a bomb, and there are no obstacles between them, it will move in the direction of the bomb. If the enemy passes over a bomb, it will eat the bomb, removing it from the field without an detonation.
