There are very few Wolf attacks recorded in Westland, as they tend to stay away from built up areas in which almost all of the population lives. However there are concerns over attacks of Livestock. Wolves had had a major impact on Westlandic culture over the years. Unlike many other Western European countries they were never hunted into extinction, however were still hunted to a wide extent for use in clothing and cuisine. Even today, Westland is famous for Wolf Pelt clothing (both real and fake) and Wolf Meat Cuisine which is popular among Westlanders. Wolves have also had a major impact on Westlandic naming systems, the suffix -wulf form some of the most common first and second names in Westland, such as Bennwulf, Reddwulf, and Sjowulfsson.
