Nahom Jendrai (pronounced nah-HOM jehn-DRAI) was a historian and scholar who was based in Berat, the capital city of Maren during the 5th century HE. He was born as a nobleman and inherited a fief in Maren, but he put his studies first. According to Myles of Olau, Nahom was an expert on the language of the Old Ones.
