The trailer is the home of Trailer Park Mafia leader, Marty Jay Williams, his wife Louise, and their baby daughter, Mary-Beth Williams. The trailer, located in the centre of the trailer park surrounding the Sunshine Autos dealership in Little Havana, appears to be somewhat derelict, though is larger and in better condition than the surrounding trailers. All of Marty's missions for Victor Vance start from here. After Louise moves in with her sister and Victor kills Marty during D.I.V.O.R.C.E., the trailer remains abandoned for the rest of the game.
