| - Sadarth Trigoma, better known by his Sith title of Darth Alchemi, was a Dark Lord of the Sith for over a thousand years. Having a lifespan that spanned at least a thousand years, Alchemi witnessed some of the most major events in galactic history, during the time of the True Sith, he was taken as an apprentice and taught the ways of the Dark Side, after the end of the Cold War and the battles that followed, he was placed into a stasis to avoid capture by the Jedi. By the era of Darth Bane, he was once again awoken in order to instruct the Dark Lord in the ways of dark alchemy. When Bane suspected him as a threat to his Rule of Two, the Dark lord betrayed him and placed him back into stasis. Alchemi would be once again awoken in Stark Hyperspace War, in which he carefully watched events occurring in the Galaxy. He lived in solitude on the abandoned planet of Thule, only leaving the planet to travel and conduct covert experiments. During the Clone Wars, numerous Republic scouts mention seeing a man with "eyes like a volcano" and "skin and teeth like a corpse" throughout the Galaxy, even leading to his description being added to the Republic list of who could be the mysterious dark lord known as Darth Sidious. He survived the Great Jedi Purge, and was only encountered by the new Galactic Empire once, in which he dueled Darth Vader. Darth Alchemi stayed relatively quiet during the reign of the New Republic and the subsequent Yuuzhan Vong War. It was only during the reign of Darth Krayt when he returned to his people, the Sith. His ancient knowledge was welcomed by the new Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Krayt, he was given the title of a Dark Lord in the New Sith Order, and was he was appointed the High Lord of the Sith Inquisitors and the Supreme Commander of the Sith Alchemists. Considered to be one of the most powerful and intelligent Sith lords under Lord Krayt, Darth Alchemi was considered to be a direct challenger to the title of Regent, therefore he was considered by Darth Wyyrok to be the biggest rival in his eventual coup. For this reason, Darth Wyyrok, in an attempt to remove a potential threat, had the Temple of Sith Alchemists moved to Dromund Kaas; Alchemi, in a bold challenge against his master, kept his personal headquarters on Korriban despite the protests of his superiors. This move was considered the only time that an underling of Krayt has ever disobeyed the Dark Lord, which Krayt saw as a positive trait rather than a negative one. In addition to being one of the most powerful members of the One Sith, Alchemi was also the sole possessor of one of the single most powerful Sith weapons in existence, a large shard of the Kaiburr Crystal.
