Porter, an art collector, buys a jade box from a curio shop. When he returns home, Porter is murdered for the contents of the box. Batman’s investigation leads him to Loo Chung, Chinatown’s unofficial leader. The box contained a mythical ring once belonging to Genghis Khan. The ring allows Chung to control the underworld. Batman stops Chung’s plan with the help of Robin, then destroys the ring.
