He is a massive mountain of a man in a heavily armored sleeveless blue suit with a ‘v’ of stars. That costume was current as of Christmas 2006, but due to licensing agreements with toy makers, the Hollywood All-Stars change costumes regularly so new toys can come out. It's unknown what Blockbuster has changed his name to, or if he is still fighting DC Comics.
