Kucca Kecca is a country who once had war against Tuskuru in the belief that Hakuoro was Rakshain. Ruled by King Orikakan, he declared war on Tuskuru in an attempt to kill Hakuoro for the deaths of his wife, child, and hundreds of other innocents as he believed him to be Rakshain. In the end, Orikakan was killed by Niwe, emperor of Shikeripechim, and revealed to have been deceived by Niwe himself. Kucca Kecca was then incorporated into Tuskuru.
