Star Trek: Shabonee In 2369, on a short-range mission with Shabonee first officer Rafe Mahler and counselor Daniel Radke, the Kishwaukee was brought down planetside by an unknown assailant, where it remained for two weeks as an injured Radke attempted to keep Mahler stable and fight off the unknown assailant. The damaged runabout was saved by the Shabonee crew and reconstructed. (Star Trek: Shabonee: "Black Tangled Heart") Named after the Kishwaukee River in Illinois.
