Torbjørn Urfjell (born 3 November 1977) is a Norwegian politician for the Socialist Left Party. From 2005 to 2007, during the second cabinet Stoltenberg, Urfjell was appointed political advisor in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 1999 to 2005 he was a member of the executive committee of Kristiansand municipal council. From 1999 to 2003 he was also a member of Vest-Agder county council. In 2005 Urfjell was a candidate for the Norwegian Parliament, but was not elected. In 2008 he was chosen as leader of the party chapter in rural Gjerstad. Urfjell is openly homosexual.
