A Corporate Exodus is a situation where corporations begin shutting down their factories and headquarters to leave a country, upsetting the capitalists and reducing the GDP by 5 to 27%. Corporate exoduses are caused by many factors, including pro-union Labour Laws, high rates of Corporation Tax and Carbon Tax, and the passing of a Work Safety Law and Maternity Leave laws. Changing these policies or introducing Tax Shelters are both good methods of ending or preventing an exodus.
