  • De Racine was a member of the Elite, Earth's wealthy aristocracy. They were the crème de la crème — or, looked at another way, the scum floating on the top of the turgid slick of dying humanity. Vain, arrogant and prejudiced, the over-privileged scion of the upper classes spent his days going into dodgy bars to pick fights with belligerent morons. The top brass on the ghetto planet of Flow My Tears recommended De Racine to Danny Franks as a recruit for the second incarnation of Bad Company because he was "useful as hell." De Racine objected to subjecting himself "to the rule of cretins," but joined anyway in order to prove his superiority and to have an opportunity of killing his fellow recruit Protoid. De Racine further endeared himself to the group by attempting to rape new member Sheeva. He was eventually killed when Protoid decapitated him with an appendage shaped like a giant pair of scissors.
