George Manners (c.1824 - 1894) was a politician in the City of London. In 1873 he was elected to the Common Council of the City, representing Faringdon Without ward. He remained a member of the corporation until his death. He was briefly one of the city's representatives on the Metropolitan Board of Works from July 1888 until the board's abolition in the following year. He died, aged 70, in Croydon.
