Bill Hughes (Born Nov 7 1947 in Kirkland Lake, Ontario) is a retired hockey goaltender. He played 3 games in the World Hockey Association for the Houston Aeros in 1972-73. In 1973-74 Hughes won the International hockey League's James Norris Memorial Trophy. He has served several seasons as an assistant coach of the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.
