Rissarh was described as having fiery-red, long, slightly wavy hair, bleached by the sun. Her face was characterized as classically strong, smooth and perfect with blue eyes of serene indifference. Her comrades and associates were Shand and Hejun. The three women had initially been drawn to Tehol because of his success in having made a financial killing in the recent past. They wanted him to do the same for them. In return, he made good use of the three of them as fronts for a number of his many shadow ventures.
