  • Tales of Monkey Island is a WiiWare adventure game released in North America on July 27, 2009 and in the PAL regions on July 31, 2009 by LucasArts. The game is the first title in the Monkey Island series in nine years, and was released as a five part episodic series, with a new episode coming out every month.
  • Tales of Monkey Island was the fifth Monkey Island instalment developed by Telltale Games in collaboration with LucasArts. The game was announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo in June 2009 alongside LucasArts' enhanced remake of the 1990 title The Secret of Monkey Island. Tales of Monkey Island puts players in the position of hapless pirate Guybrush Threepwood as he once again attempts to rescue his love from his nemesis LeChuck, while saving the Caribbean from a voodoo pox.
