Juha Metsola (born February 24, 1989 in Tampere, Finland) is a Finnish goaltender playing for HPK Hämeenlinna. He played junior hockey for the Lethbridge Hurricanes from 2007 to 2009. In 2009 he signed a two-year contract with HPK Hämeenlinna of the SM-Liiga in Finland. Metsola played for Finland at the 2007 IIHF World U18 Championships and the 2009 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships.
