Maximilian I & III Edward Villayn was Emperor of Luthori and its colonies, and pretender to the throne of Alduria which he was never able to claim due to the chaos the ensued at the death of his father, Emperor Jason I of Luthori & Alduria. Maximilian did differ from his father in that he did believe in the Axis and stopped the Imperial Mandates and Decrees that his father had been pushing to pass in both Alduria and Luthori, to end the United Empire's involvement in the Axis. He also was known to be a more Capitalist leaning emperor than his ancestors, leading some historians to believe that he was heavily influenced by the Prime Minister at the time, who was known to be an extreme advocate of capitalism and free enterprise.
