Disguised as a headmaster, he helped General Dasmader (disguised as a female worker) and Gatezone manipulate children with ESP into causing the country to split from the continent. Kohtaro encountered Schraijin first, and transformed into Kamen Rider Black RX to fight him. When Kohtaro found where the other ESP kids were, he was discovered by Dasmander, Gatenzone, and Schraijin. Schraigin fought Kohtaro before shedding his disguise. Kohtaro then transformed into Robo Rider and fought the Chaps and Schraijin.
