The Heaven Cent is a disk crafted by Electra which sends the invoker of it's magic to the situation where they are most needed. Sorceress Tapis taught Electra how to create the Heaven Cent. This is done by mixing and coating a copper disk in a bag with magical ingredients through use of Electras talent. Tapis called this electroplating. This process takes three years to complete. To invoke the heaven cent one must say, "I invoke the Heavent Cent."
