The Liberal Democracy Foundation (LDF) is an organisation which promotes the maintenence of liberal democracy throughout Terra. That is not only democratic institutions, representative government and accountability, but ones based on the principles of human rights, impartial justice, freedom of the individual, tolerance, peace, equality and free trade. It welcomes all parties who subscribe to these beliefs and wish to work to ensure the maintenence of liberal democracy both in their own countries and to promote it throughout Terra and work against autocracy and tyranny in all its forms.
