Shinobu Amayake is a composer who joined Nintendo in 1990. She would make the soundtrack of games such as Wario's Woods and Stunt Race FX. She became freelance in 1994. In 2000, she joined Yamaha, where she would make most of the ringtones of the NEC and Sharp mobiles among other things. In 2006, after leaving Yamaha, she established AMK Music, her own music production company, which she still presides to this day. Amayake has also arranged several Nintendo songs for piano books, mostly of the Mario, Zelda and Pokémon franchises.
