Due to Ember's unique Force experience - including training with several obscure Force-using groups and species, as well as time with the Nightsisters of the Detori - his understanding of the workings of the Force Sword is, perhaps, unmatched except among the Tak themselves, who keep the secret of the blades' construction. Ember's deep affinity with the weapon allows him to use it as well as he would his lightsabre - and perhaps better. The War Song is Ember's inseparable companion and first choice of weapon. It serves as a focal point for the Force above and beyond its intended use. Ember frequently uses maneuvers with the blade to affect the Force in combat, including wind manipulation and aerial Sokan technique.
