The City at the Pass was a city finded on CC: 4,364 by Irrinisian looking to regain a semblance of civilization exactly 99 years after their God-From-the-Lightning slew the "Wall Whore." They finded a city in the Mountain Pass that Farson the Fogman created through the Crescent Blue Mountains, naming it simply the City at the Pass. The city initially fielded one of the largest armies on this Earth, tens of thousands of the Irrinisians; a race of brutal mountain savages. Then, they became wealthy, as this army allowed them to toll the pass. Now, although their population is fairly small, they are one of the most powerful cities on this Earth. However, they keep to themselves, hoard their wealth, and keep closer ties to the wild savages than to other civilized places.
