The Party Out of Bounds Festival is an annual festival held in Noble City, Sylvania, produced by Son of Heartstopper Attractions and LTS Television. The festival first occurred in 1995, and is held in March. It is held in the Little Europe neighborhood at it's section of Noble Beach. The main stage is called the Coca-Cola Stage and sponsored by Coca-Cola (through ASBOL). The secondary stage is called the LTS Stage and is sponsored by LTS Television. The up and coming acts stage is called the Dr. Alvin's Cough Medicine Stage and is sponsored by Dr. Alvin's Cough Medicine. The tent is called the Party Tent. The stages are referred to as Alpha, Beta, and Omega by personnel, while the tent is referred to as Pi. Free camping and a surfing contest are also offered as part of the festival.

The B-52's have been regulars at the festival since the late 90's, as well as classic Lovian rock band The Coasters, who have been regulars since 2009.
