Sir Ernest Francis Swan Flower (24 August 1865 – 30 April 1926) was a Conservative Party politician, businessman and philanthropist. Swan was the chairman of the Financial News and of the Argus Printing Company. Active in Conservative politics, he was a member of the Grand Council of Primrose League. In 1895 he was elected as member of parliament for Bradford West. He was unseated at the 1906 general election and failed to regain the seat at the next two elections. He was a governor of St Bartholomew's Hospital and of the Metropolitan and Royal Orthopaedic Hospitals. He was knighted in 1903.
