Titles, including headlines, will be in initial uppercase except for articles, conjunctions and prepositions; however, an article, conjunction or preposition will also be in initial uppercase if that word is the first word in the title. Examples: Page titles about individuals with honorifics will not include the honorific; if experience demonstrates a need a redirect page may be created which does include the honorific in the title to transfer focus to the page without the honorific.
