This technique enables the user to control water and moisture much like Gaara controls his sand, manipulating the liquid freely in order to create both offensive and defensive capabilities for the user. The water may be gathered from any source whether it be plants, the air, groundwater, or even the water-based techniques of an opponent. While the many fluids which are found within the human body may be manipulated due to their high water content, these only fall within the capabilities of this technique once they have either left the body or the opponent ingests water which is under the user's control. • This technique enables the user to control water and moisture much like Gaara controls his sand, manipulating the liquid freely in order to create both offensive and defensive capabilities for the user. This gives the user a nearly inexhaustible supply of water which may be used in combat. The properties of the water may be manipulated by the user at will, allowing the user to increase the density of the water at anytime in order to provide a formidable defense or a crushing attack. A skillful user may use the water in various ways such as blocking incoming attacks, binding or drowning opponents. shaping the water into various forms in order to make use of certain attacks, or even providing water-dependent summons with the proper environment. This technique is at its most effective when employed while the user is stationary, allowing them to take a solid position and dominate the battlefield. The only pitfall to this technique is that its effectiveness is greatly lessened in areas which are extremely dry such as deserts or rocky areas.
