Kozari people (also known as Mainlanders) are an ethnic and linguistic subgroup of Darnussians who speak the Darnus language. Most scholars now agree that the Kozari people are not a truly separate racial sub-group due to mingling with the Nariki people over time, and instead that Kozari is simply an archaic term for ethnic Darnussians who's ancestry comes from the Mainland and who's first language is Darnus. This is due to the fact that in the modern day it is hard if not impossible to tell a Kozari from other Darnussians and vice versa. However it is commonly believed that those with darker skin and hair have more Kozari blood in them than those with lighter hair and skin.
