Slaveport was one of the the most dangerous Shadowports in the galaxy. It was constructed by Oxoorian slavers sometime in the Ductavis Era. Its original name was Welx but, having begun as a mere slave market, its association with slavery resulted in every galactic registry referring to the city as Slaveport by the time Slave Trade Route 25 was charted in 837 BBY. When Oxoor was destroyed by a malfunction in a Telosian Concordat weapons lab in 206 ABY, the city went with it.
