- The Human Factor is the fifteenth episode of Power Rangers Megaforce. It is the debut of Metal Alice.
- With the Mask broken in a recent confrontation with the Saurians, Wildwing, Nosedive, Mallory and Duke must resort to more conventional detective work when they find themselves trapped in the suspiciously nice town of Sunnyville after the Migrator mysteriously breaks down. The ducks wandered around Sunnyville to take in the sights. Wildwing chose to play a little hockey with the Chip Delaney, son of the mayor. Everyone enjoyed the experience accept Nosedive, who found the town extremely dull even after bumping into Thrash and Mookie, who happened to be visiting relations at the time. Unfortunately, when night fell it was soon revealed that the townsfolk were in fact robots. The robot soon overpowered Wildwing, Mallory and Duke. Nosedive, sensing something off, managed to evade his robotic attackers. Eventually he came across the real Thrash and Mookie, along with all the other townsfolk. Once the humans were freed Nosedive went to go find his team. When he did he discovered they'd been captured by none other than Doctor Pretorius. A man the ducks had seen before on television, demanding the ducks hand themselves over for scientific research. The doctor it seemed had used the entire town and an army of robots to trap the Ducks, hoping to extract their DNA in order to experiment on them and ultimately, to create a perfect living being. He further explains that his scheme was being supported by Lord Dragaunus himself. In observing all of this Nosedive accidentally gives away his presence to the mad scientist. Pretorius summons one of his creations, the Sloor, a creature he had created by combining the genes of a chicken, lobster, and bull to capture him. Just when it appears the ducks are finished, the people of Sunnyville arrive to help. This allows the ducks to get free and defeat and incapacitate the doctor and his Sloor. After Nosedive and the other Ducks defeated him, his Sloor and his robots. The doctor and his mutant pet are left to the police.
- The Human Factor is the twenty-third episode of the fifth season of Castle.
- When developing a database, the human factor must be taken into consideration for successful completion of the final product. The end user will be working with the database day to day so physical and psychological factors must be taken into consideration. Databases are used for everything from patient charts in a hospital to reactor levels at a power plant. The database needs to be developed with the end user in mind. If the end user has to guess what the information is that has been presented to them, they might make a decision that has life changing consequences. A user centered design will increase productivity, create greater user acceptance, and reduce human errors. Consideration of the user is needed from the very beginning of the conceptualization stage all the way through deployment and maintenance.
