Sister Lara was a nun from the Abbey of St. Elspeth Citharede near Al Kharid, who joined the following of Saint Elspeth some time after the incident with Sister Anna in 169 of the Fifth Age. She was kidnapped by a Kinshra raiding party, along with Sister Esther and Fathers McGruder and Hackett from the Edgeville Monastery, on orders of the witch Lensig, then disguised as Captain Dulcin, to be sacrificed in the Tomb of the Fallen so that their virtuous blood could breach the final ward guarding the Wand of Resurrection. However, unlike her fellow Saradominists, she died of an infection in the Kinshra's cages.
