You cannot hire a gardener you have to do it yourself sorry. :( However, In Sims 3, plants don't need to be manually watered, you MUST buy the sprinklers other wise they have to be watered by hand. If you wish to get a gardener, you must download it at . This garden gnome does water your plants, sort out weeds, speed up growth, and fertilize crops (change settings however you wish xD). However, you will not see him doing this, as he IS an edited "magic gnome", you may wish to think he's a "magic garden gnome" hehe, happy simming.
