The Great Telescope was a telescope on the cliffside of Ta-Koro Beach. At its base were carved star patterns and corresponding images that depicted various prophecies. Nixie used the telescope to prophesize about the future, and Takua also used the telescope shortly after his landing on the beach and losing his memory. When the body of Mata Nui finally awoke, the barren remains of the island broke apart and sank into the water. The Telescope is thus presumably now at the bottom of the sea, though its true fate is unknown.

  • The Great Telescope was a telescope on the cliffside of Ta-Koro Beach. At its base were carved star patterns and corresponding images that depicted various prophecies. Nixie used the telescope to prophesize about the future, and Takua also used the telescope shortly after his landing on the beach and losing his memory. When the Toa Nuva released the Bahrag from their Protodermis Cage, the Bohrok were set loose to cleanse Mata Nui. The telescope and cliffside of the beach were some of the few remaining features on the island. Gali looked through the telescope after the Toa Nuva returned from Odina and gazed at the Red Star, seeing something living inside of it. When the body of Mata Nui finally awoke, the barren remains of the island broke apart and sank into the water. The Telescope is thus presumably now at the bottom of the sea, though its true fate is unknown.
