When right-clicking on a shopkeeper, you have two options other than examine: Talk to, or Trade. Clicking trade sends you directly to the store's wares menu, where you can buy and sell goods. Clicking talk to is a more roundabout fashion of this that ends in him telling you information that can be dependant on location, or explaining the player/store stock tab.

  • Shopkeeper can be found in North-West Edgeville. When using the "talk to" option when right-clicking it, you go straight to their shop. The Shopkeeper only sells spawnable items. You can only buy items from the shop with coins. You can trade items back to the Shopkeeper for a lower price.
  • Shopkeepers are friendly NPCs. Some appear in towns as blacksmiths, blackmarket vendors, goods vendors, general vendors, food vendors, bakers, innkeepers, slave masters, and traders; others are wandering vendors that interrupt road travel on the world map to sell equipment; and still others appear randomly in museums and shops. Magic vendors and town wizards are a different NPC with different sprites, much lower level, and weaker stats.
  • The shopkeeper appeared in only two episodes. He offered to trade Kevin Keene a golden battleaxe for his Zapper in "Three Men and a Dragon," but wound up trading him some magical herbs for his digital watch. He also sold a magic helmet to Kid Icarus and water skis to Simon Belmont, all of which helped them when King Hippo and Eggplant Wizard came after them with dragons. A mustachioed shopkeeper appeared in "The Trojan Dragon," in which he sold Kevin and Princess Lana some Fairy Water and a map to the Axe Knight's cave.

This was witnessed by Piper Halliwell, who chased after her and saw Yen Lo stabbing the Zen Master and taking him to Limbo.
  • In Soulsplit, the General Store, represented by Shopkeepers throughout major cities, is a shop that sells miscellaneous items that are generally helpful or useful. General Stores are also a place for players to sell goods to in exchange for Coins, though more uncommon items are generally not sold to these shops because they tend to have a higher value to other players than they do to the shopkeepers.

  • Shopkeeper is a type of NPC found in ADOM. Unsurprisingly, shopkeepers are only found in shops; there are thus five guaranteed shopkeepers in the game, with others found in random dungeon shops. All shopkeepers are named, and four of the five guaranteed shopkeepers have a consistent name (the casino shopkeeper being the exception). Shopkeepers are very fast and strong opponents, and can throw gold pieces as a ranged attack. Fighting shopkeepers is also considered an evil act that may cause PCs of non-chaotic alignment to become cursed if (s)he attacks one, and/or doomed if (s)he kills one.
  • A shopkeeper is the Non Player Character who maintains his or her shop. Each shop in the game will typically have at least one shopkeeper. A shopkeeper acts like any other NPC and has no other special functionality. The buy or sell commands do not involve the shopkeeper; they only require the player to stand inside the shop. If a GM would remove the shopkeeper from the shop, then the shop would continue to function as normal. When roleplaying, think of the shopkeeper as the person who performs these duties:
  • The Shopkeeper is a man running a shop of three possible items. There are three Shopkeepers at the Streets at Night. The Shopkeeper will call Clarence a vagrant and kick him out if he does not have enough money to buy an item. Otherwise, he will introduce his items as he sees that Clarence is about to go on a date. If Clarence attempts to re-enter, the Shopkeeper warns him again about coming back and tells him to live with the choice he makes. The Shopkeepers own a Chocolate Shop, a Stuffed Animal Shop and a Flower Shop.

  • Shopkeepers tend shops. They are relatively tough for low level characters and therefore excel at preventing shoplifting. Shopkeepers are generated with (1000 + 30*d100) zorkmids, a skeleton key, and some or all of a wand of striking, a potion of healing, a potion of extra healing, and a wand of magic missile (a d4 is rolled and that many items are generated starting from the beginning of that list). Jewelers (shopkeepers of ring stores) also get a touchstone.
  • Shopkeepers zijn houders van general stores. Ze zijn te vinden in elke general store, over heel RuneScape. Ze worden geholpen door een Shop assistant. Ze kunnen je ook leren winkels te gebruiken met een Player Stock tabblad. 1. * DOORVERWIJZING
