Slipback was a male weasel in Burrad's band, and Juppa's mate. Most of his backfur was missing, and after angering Badredd so was his tail (the fox chopped it off). He and Flinky were the two who tried to assassinate Badredd but the attempt failed. He fled south with the others after the siege of Redwall Abbey and presumably settled in an area of plenty under Flinky, the new leader of the band.
