The Guardians of the Great Ice Field is a group from The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. Consisting of six Yooks, they defend the Temple of Ice from intruders. When Link first encounters them, they are hostile and attack him with their clubs and frosty breath. Using either his own bombs or the various Bomb Flowers found growing in the Great Ice Field, Link must stun them, then finish them off with his sword. After all six are defeated, the path to the Temple of Ice opens.

After all six are defeated, the path to the Temple of Ice opens. Later, after Link defeats Gleeok, the guardians can be found on the Great Ice Field again. This time, they are apologetic rather than hostile towards Link. One even gives Link the location of the secret Harrow Island.
