Eventually, they have a professional roof service build the new roof because their attempt to make a second floor failed. The House was possessed by a demon in Hammer and Fail Pt 2. As of The End, the house, as well as Eduardo's, is a smoldering ruin, with the guys having moved to an apartment building.
